Cake Smash Session – In Studio Celebrate your little one’s big milestone with a fun, colorful, and personalized cake smash session! --- What’s Included Up to 60 minutes of session time For one child only (Add twins for $89) Two backdrops: one traditional portrait setup + one cake smash theme setup Two outfits: one for portraits, one for the cake smash 30 hand-edited digital images with full print release Custom décor & balloons provided to match your chosen theme and color scheme (please notify Rachel in advance so items can be ordered) --- Important Info – Please Read 🧁 Cake Not Included Due to dietary restrictions and safety regulations, clients must provide their own smash cake. We recommend Wild Flour Bakery — they’re awesome! 💸 Discount Policy All sale or promotional discounts apply to the base session fee only. Add-ons (siblings, family photos, travel, etc.) are charged at full price. 🛍️ Add-On Options $75 – 3rd outfit and setup $99 – Bathtub add-on (includes 10 additional images; you choose which are edited) $100 – Parent/family composite photo (4 images included; $15 each for additional images) --- Helpful Notes: Please share your theme and color preferences at the time of booking Limit the number of people attending the session — too many can overwhelm or distract your little one (especially if they’re mobile!) --- Do You Offer Retouching? Yes! RGP offers light touch-ups like: Skin smoothing Blemish and flyaway hair removal Please note: We cannot edit out black eyes, scrapes, or nose injuries. Let Rachel know in advance if rescheduling is needed. Additional editing (wrinkles, stains, temp tattoos) may incur extra fees — please arrive photo-ready. --- Privacy Policy & Social Media There is a $50 fee for any session that opts out of social media sharing (i.e., sneak peeks on Facebook). Clients are encouraged to tag and share their images to keep their gallery prioritized in the editing queue. --- Ready to celebrate in style? Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
