Celebrate your connection with a relaxed, natural couple’s photography experience designed to capture genuine emotion, quiet moments, and everything in between. These sessions focus on real connection in beautiful outdoor settings, creating timeless images that feel effortless and true to you. What’s Included: * 35 edited digital images - lifestyle & posed * Full print release * 1 outdoor location (selected and planned in advance) * 1 outfit --- Best Time of Day for Sessions: Soft, golden light is key for your session and varies by season: **Summer:** Evening sessions typically begin around 6:15 PM **Spring & Fall:** Sessions usually begin around 4:00 PM, with earlier sunsets in fall and later mornings available seasonally --- Travel & Location Information: * Downtown or Beach sessions: please contact for pricing due to travel and parking expenses Beach sessions are scheduled on weekdays only due to crowd levels. Select locations such as Rocky River or Huntington Beach may be available Thursday evenings during summer, depending on local event schedules. --- Creative & Posting Policy: Sessions are priced with creative use and portfolio sharing in mind. A $50 fee will apply if clients request no sneak peeks or social media sharing.

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
