Service Description

Very popular for grandparents' gifts! Get shots of the whole family, grandkids, each family, just the kids, just the siblings... etc.... If you are booking outdoor sessions, YOU NEED morning OR evening TIMESLOTS The session is good up to 16 people {$15pp for additional} One outfit. A total of 40 images are included in your session with print release. Option to purchase more. add on more: usb + shipping $45 plus taxes print packages - can be purchased via the gallery **Other travel costs may apply based on desired location - No additional travel charges for instudio, olmsted falls, or coe lake location since it is close to our studio *There is a $50 fee to any session, NOT ALLOWING social media usage, such as sneak peeks to be shown on Facebook. Clients are encouraged to tag and share their images to keep their gallery in the editing lineup. All sale discounts apply to the session cost only - anything extra, i.e., sibling, family , travel costs, or weekends are added after the discount.

Cancelation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. You'll have 6 months to make up the session. Please note seasonal minis may have a different cancellation policy- most cases those are completely nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
