Studio or Outdoor Sessions Choose between our beautiful natural light 1600 sq ft studio or a single outdoor location. Large windows for dreamy indoor light Outdoor sessions available at golden hour only Minimum $50 travel fee applies for outdoor sessions Additional travel costs may apply depending on location --- 🕒 Session Overview Duration: 25 minutes Includes: 20 fully hand-edited images with print release No outfit changes allowed One location only Immediate family (up to 6 people) Extended family mini session (up to 12 people) $20 per person over 6 --- 🌅 Outdoor Session Timing Please select a time 1–2 hours before sunset for the best light. Midday bookings are not accepted. Seasonal Start Times: Summer: 6:50 PM Fall: 3:15 PM Winter: 3:15 PM Spring: 5:15 PM --- 🏖️ Beach Sessions $85 additional fee ⚠️ No beach sessions on weekends due to heavy crowds. Rocky River or Huntington Beach sessions are offered on Thursday evenings (permitting there are no summer concerts at that location that evening) Photographer may select final images for beach sessions due to editing complexities --- 📢 Social Media Policy There is a $50 fee if you prefer not to have your images shared (e.g., sneak peeks on Facebook) Clients are encouraged to tag and share images to help keep editing queues on track --- ✨ Optional Retouching RGP offers professional edits on request for an added fee: ✔ Skin smoothing ✔ Blemish & flyaway hair removal ✔ Teeth whitening 🔧 Optional edits (fee-based): Slimming, chin adjustments Face swaps (priced per person/image) Complex edits (e.g., outfit color changes) — custom quotes required --- 📍 Booking Notes One session = one location All sale discounts apply to session cost only Add-ons such as family size upgrades or travel fees are not discounted
Cancellation Policy
Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
