Starting at $549 Capture beautiful, lasting memories with a natural, lifestyle approach that includes both posed and candid moments. --- Session Details: Up to 50 minutes One quick outfit change 30 hand-edited images (chosen by you) Outdoor sessions include 45 edited images In-studio, at your home, or on-location* > No props or backdrops are used outdoors or in-home – only available in-studio. --- Outdoor & Location Information: Outdoor sessions require evening times — no afternoon bookings due to harsh sunlight Ideal start times by season: Summer: 6:50 PM or later Spring: 5:15 PM or later Fall/Winter: 3:15 PM or later Book 1–2 hours before sunset for the best light --- Location Fees: In-studio: Base pricing of $549 On-location: +$50 minimum (travel fee) Contact Rachel for full pricing — travel fees vary based on distance Beach sessions: +$85 ⚠️ No beach sessions on weekends due to heavy crowds. Rocky River or Huntington Beach sessions are offered on Thursday evenings (permitting there are no summer concerts at that location that evening) > For beach sessions, images may be selected by the photographer due to the complexity of editing. --- Touchups & Editing Options: Included: Skin smoothing Blemish removal Flyaway hair fixes Teeth whitening Optional (additional fee): Slimming, double chin removal Face swaps (per person/image) Extensive edits (e.g., outfit color changes, decor alterations) Pricing depends on editing time – contact Rachel for a quote --- Travel Notes: Other locations may incur a $0.69/mile fee — contact Rachel for full details

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
