Service Description

Outdoors: These need to be done in the early morning hours or evening before sunset for the best lighting. There is a travel charge for location outdoors, $50 additional charge to cover travel expenses. Studio session portion is available if needed for an extra cost. We can discuss locations. Session comes with 20 edited digital files with print release 2 outfits, session is up 55 min.

Cancelation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. You'll have 6 months to make up the session. Please note seasonal minis may have a different cancellation policy- most cases those are completely nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
