Service Description

The Newborn Collection – In-Studio Mini Capture the magic of your baby's earliest days with a faster-paced newborn session in our studio. This collection includes: Up to 60 minutes of session time 5 unique setups featuring swaddles, headbands, hats, and props — all provided by rgp Approximately 18 beautifully edited digital images Optional Add-On: Sibling or Family Photos $150 Includes family and/or sibling portraits. - Please note: The session will be split between family/sibling and baby-only photos As a result, baby-only setups will be reduced (typically 2–3) Expect approximately 25 images with this add-on Weekend Appointments $50 surcharge How to Schedule Your Newborn Session Since most babies don’t arrive exactly on their due date, we treat your session date as tentative. Unless you have a scheduled induction or C-section, we’ll set your session for approximately one week after your due date. If your baby arrives earlier or later than expected, we’ll simply adjust the session date accordingly. Please keep Rachel updated on your progress so we can ensure the perfect timing for your photoshoot.

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
