The Simply Swaddled newborn session is a little more fast-paced concentrated on the newborn in overhead shots with swaddled poses and one or two other poses. -- Rachel aims to do a shot in an outfit which is provided by RGP for the session and then move onto the wrapped posing. ● Add on sibling or parents... please select the Goodness package. How do I select a date? Unless baby is already here, or you have a scheduled C-section or induction, we don't know exactly when baby will arrive- this is means our session is a tentative date and time- if baby comes earlier we move up, if later, we push back. So when you go to book now, you'll set up for a week after your due date, and please keep Rachel informed of the progress. Backdrops, props, and accessories are provided by RGP RGP has hats, wraps, and headbands to use. Just let us know your preferred colors used. . Posing - Swaddling posing. Generally, we do about 5 to 6 setups - not 6 poses. What does this mean? As a photographer, we can shoot several shots with just one setup. PLEASE NOTE. THIS IS ONLY FOR THE NEWBORN As of 2023. This session will include 12 high-quality hand edited images digitally downloaded -option to purchase additional digital images -online password protected gallery with print and canvas shopping capability -Up to 60 min session, session normally will take about 45 minutes. -in our Berea studio deposit | retainer is $200. nonrefundable.

Cancelation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. You'll have 6 months to make up the session. Please note seasonal minis may have a different cancellation policy- most cases those are completely nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
