Service Description

SATURDAY bookings are $20 more. This Goodness Newborn session is concentrated on the newborn and their little details. RGP has the props, backdrops, outfits*, hats, and headbands. Parents are welcome to bring in items, too. We will discuss the week of the photo session on how to prepare.* Please note due to the fact Rachel tries to keep the whole date free from other shoots in the studio on newborn session days. Add grandparents for $180 additional. How do I select a date? Unless you have a scheduled C-section or induction, we don't know exactly when baby will arrive- this is means our session is a tentative date and time- if baby comes earlier we move up, if later, we push back. So when you go to book now, you'll set up for a week after your due date, and please keep Rachel informed of the progress. With this Goodness Newborn Collection, clients receive: - 25 images hand chosen and edited by Rachel. Edited images are digital downloads with no size restriction, full print release, and no logo/watermarks on them. Black&white may be added. - $150 print credit for prints from our lab. -Option to purchase more edited images {cannot use print credit for this} - Backdrops, props, and accessories are provided by RGP. - Parents and siblings are welcome for a few shots with your newest addition only. No grandparents. AVAILABLE ADD ON: -creative composite pick if wanted \ digital backdrop used in this session - see tab on website for option of which to use (extra $40) -extra images (if applicable) $17 per image with full print release. nonrefundable deposit is 250; contact Rachel for pricing on twins. •••••• HOW DO I PICK A DATE and TIME? You'll want to pick a date, a week or so after your due date, and keep Rachel posted. We will adjust the shoot as needed. • Best booked for morning hours. I suggest trying to get a newborn in within the first month. But the BEST time is on average 8 to 10 day mark.... the older, the less likely they will sleep and are harder to pose so we will be limited to Swaddled poses.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
