Service Description

Due to dietary restrictions and health safety: YOU NEED TO PROVIDE THE SMASH CAKE. We have used wild flour bakery in the past. They are awesome! All sale discounts apply to the session cost only - anything extra ie, sibling, family , travel costs are added after the discounts. Included: Instudio session. The balloons and décor are provided. The session is up to 60 minutes. - For one child only { unless twins, add on $130 } -Décor provided customized to your theme and color scheme just please let Rachel know a good time ahead of your shoot so things can be ordered as needed. -2 backdrops: 1 traditional and one cake smash setup with décor or theme to match -two outfits one for portrait and one for the cake smash -20 hand edited digital images with full print release * +$35 for 3rd outfit and setup +add on parent photo $75 for one image composite family photos • extra images will be $15 per image + $65 bathtub add-on = 4 extra images [ your choice on which to edit ] Please let us know any colors or themes for the décor at booking. ** Please limit the number of people at the session. the child can get easily distracted if there are a lot of people, especially if the child is walking. - Do you offer touchups? Yes, RGP can smooth skin, edit out blemishes, fly away hairs, etc. Please note that Rachel Good Photography is unable to edit out black eyes or any scrapes or cuts on the child's nose. If they have an issue here, let Rachel know ahead of time so we can see about rescheduling. Additional costs in editing per image for clothing wrinkles, temp tattoos, stains, so please make sure everything is photo ready *There is a $50 fee to any session, NOT ALLOWING social media usage, such as sneak peeks to be shown on Facebook. Clients are encouraged to tag and share their images to keep their gallery in the editing lineup.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
