Service Description

Signature Photography Session 📸 What’s Included: 25–35 edited digital images with print release Up to 40 minutes of shooting time 1 outfit change 1 outdoor location (to be discussed in advance) 💼 Package Starting at: $359 for a mini Not looking for a full session, mini session is 20 minutes, 15 images with print release. No outfit changes. One location. --- ⏰ Best Time of Day for Sessions: Summer Ideal evening sessions begin around 6:15 PM Spring & Fall Evening sessions start closer to 4:00 PM Fall morning sessions start later; evening sessions begin earlier than in summer --- 📍 Travel & Location Fees: Standard Outdoor Travel Fee: +$75 Beach Sessions: +$125 (Further travel required) Additional travel costs may apply depending on the location ($0.69/mile). Please contact Rachel for full travel pricing details. ⚠️ No beach sessions on weekends due to crowd levels. Rocky River or Huntington Beach sessions available Thursday evenings, depending on summer concert schedules. --- ⚠️ Sneak Peek Policy: A $50 fee will be added to any session not allowing sneak peeks to be posted on Facebook. All sessions are discounted with marketing use in mind—clients are encouraged to tag and share.

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
