Professional portraits designed to capture a beautiful mix of naturally posed images and genuine, candid moments. Choose Your Location: Studio Sessions Photographed inside our 1,600 sq ft natural light studio featuring large windows and soft, flattering light. Typically done on seamless paper or the studio décor setups. Outdoor Sessions Held at one outdoor location during golden hour for the best possible light. Outdoor sessions are scheduled 1–2 hours before sunset only Midday sessions are not available $50 minimum travel fee applies Additional travel fees may apply depending on location Session Overview 20–25 minute session 15 fully hand-edited images Print release included Option to purchase additional images once your gallery is delivered One location per session No outfit changes Family Details: Immediate family (up to 6 people) Extended family mini (up to 12 people) $20 per person over 6 Each session includes guided posing along with space for natural interaction so your gallery reflects both polished portraits and real connection. Seasonal Outdoor Start Times To ensure beautiful lighting, please select a time 1–2 hours before sunset. **Beach Sessions** $100 additional fee Weekday evenings only (excluding Fridays) No weekend availability due to crowds Available at Rocky River or Huntington Beach (pending summer events) Due to lighting and environmental factors, photographer will select final images for beach sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
