These can be held in our beautiful natural light 1600 sq foot studio with large windows or outdoors. All sale discounts apply to the session cost only - anything extra ie, sibling, family , travel costs One location * Other travel costs may apply based on desired location** starting at $50 If you are booking outdoor sessions, PLEASE select a timeslot 1 to 2 hours before sunset for best lighting. No midday appts. * These sessions are booked for instudio, if you wish to have these outdoors, at mim. a $50 charge applies for travel expenses and time. Sessions are 25 min 12 edited images with print release. No outfit changes. Immediate family only up to a family of 6. Sundays are $40 more. *There is a $50 fee to any session, NOT ALLOWING social media usage, such as sneak peeks to be shown on Facebook. Clients are encouraged to tag and share their images to keep their gallery in the editing lineup.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
