Service Description

Capture lasting memories of your family with a lifestyle photography session starting at $500 Our natural approach to family photography allows for posed and candid shots that capture your family’s unique personality. We can do this shoot at our studio, your home or on location*, with immediate family only, up to a family of 6. Please note: No props or backdrops are used outside the studio. The session includes 1 quick outfit change if instudio. 20 images. Session is up to 45 min. - 20 hand edited images chosen by you for editing( this includes fine retouching ) plus the soft edited proof files - on average clients receive about 75 images per session These are priced for instudio but can be done on location. *on location is a bit extra due to further travel. Contact Rachel for full travel price. **** Outdoor sessions are done in the evening. Afternoon hours are horrible with shadows from the harsh sun. If you are booking outdoor sessions, PLEASE select a timeslot 1 to 2 hours before sunset for best lighting. No midday appts. * These sessions are booked for instudio, if you wish to have these outdoors, at mim. a $30 charge applies for travel expenses and time. **There are no beach sessions on weekends due to high crowds ( Rachel MAY be available a Sunday morning for this• email her• extra fees apply) *** Some Sundays may be available but there is a $50 upcharge. Contact Rachel for dates, you are NOT able to book these online. **** Other travel costs may apply based on desired location {.69 per mile, etc} ; contact Rachel for full costs. *** In the summertime, the best time of day for evening photos outdoors is 7pm. In the spring and fall, evening photo sessions are held closer to 5pm. Outdoor photos in the fall are a little later in the morning, and a little earlier in the evening

Cancellation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
