Service Description

Book a maternity session with a newborn session and receive 10% off your maternity shoot. These can be held in our beautiful natural light 1600 sq foot studio with large windows or outdoors. We have some gowns for use available in our client closet. 20 hand edited images digital downloaded with print release. Instudio OR outdoors (starting at +$40) Outdoors NEED TO BE morning or best is EVENING HOURS IF OUTSIDE. If children or siblings are involved, please let us know - you'll need to book a family session instead. Add on spouse, partner, companion to make it a couple's maternity for $60 more. All sale discounts apply to the session cost only - anything extra, i.e., sibling, family , travel costs, or weekends, are added after the discounts

Cancelation Policy

Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. You'll have 6 months to make up the session. Please note seasonal minis may have a different cancellation policy- most cases those are completely nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
