Your maternity session is designed as a refined portrait experience — thoughtfully styled, expertly guided, and artfully edited to preserve this extraordinary chapter with elegance and intention. Choose between our luminous natural-light studio or a carefully curated outdoor setting at golden hour. Every detail is considered so you can simply arrive, relax, and feel beautiful. The Maternity Portrait Collection Includes: • 40-minute guided portrait session • 15 hand-edited digital images • Full-resolution digital gallery with print release • Studio or outdoor location (travel fees may apply) Each image is artistically refined to ensure a polished, timeless finish consistent with Rachel Good Photography’s award-winning standard. Signature Additions - For those who wish to include loved ones in this chapter: Partner Experience — $75 Wardrobe Enhancements — $25 per additional outfit Outdoor Golden Hour Sessions: To maintain the elevated quality and signature glow of your portraits, outdoor sessions are offered exclusively during golden hour. Midday sessions are not available, as harsh overhead lighting does not meet our artistic standards. Seasonal Earliest Start Times: Summer — 6:40 PM Spring — 5:00 PM Fall/Winter — 3:00 PM Location & Travel: Outdoor sessions require a minimum $50 travel investment. Frequently requested locations include: • Coe Lake, Middleburg Heights • David Fortier River Park • Select beach locations (+$125) Additional mileage is billed at $0.69 per mile. Beach sessions are not offered on weekends due to seasonal crowds. Rocky River and Huntington Beach sessions are available on select Thursday evenings (subject to summer event schedules). A personalized travel quote will be provided prior to booking confirmation. Professional Retouching: Every final image includes refined, high-end retouching: ✔ Skin refinement ✔ Blemish removal ✔ Flyaway hair correction ✔ Teeth brightening ✔ Subtle contouring & double chin refinement Your images will remain natural, polished, and timeless — never over-edited. Advanced Edits Available Upon Request: • Face swaps (priced per person, per image) • Complex image modifications such as wardrobe color changes or detailed compositing (custom quote required)

Cancellation Policy

Model release needs to be signed prior to our session: https://form.jotform.com/60833768927167 Deposits\retainers are Nonrefundable. Please contact Rachel for the policy on rescheduling. If children are sick or an emergency comes up, please let us know asap 440-479-1861. What if I'm late? There is nothing Rachel hates more than tardiness! PLEASE be on time for your session! Please make sure you are at the session by your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will need to be rescheduled for another date. NO EXCEPTIONS! if you do not notify Rachel of your lateness, she has the right to leave for her next appt., and you need to reschedule again online and pay the deposit. retainer { which will be applied to the session balance} Please do NOT come to the studio with a child who is sick or under the weather, it always ends up in less than great photo sessions. RGP allows you to reschedule your session up to 60 days for after the original booking scheduled date, after this time, your sessions retainers will be 100% forfeited.
