Aubree’s Newborn Session | 3 Weeks Old & So Very Loved

There is something extra special about photographing a baby who has already shown just how strong she is. Sweet Aubree came into the world early, a tiny little preemie with the biggest fighting spirit. At three weeks old, she came to the studio for her newborn session — and she was absolute perfection.

Wrapped up in soft, creamy layers and delicate textures, Aubree slept so peacefully, her tiny fingers resting gently on her cheek. Every little detail — from her dainty lashes to those perfectly pouty lips — was a reminder of just how miraculous these early days truly are.

We styled her session with warm neutrals and soft blush tones to highlight her delicate features. The oversized bows, cozy wraps, and dreamy backdrops created such a timeless, feminine feel. She may have been little, but she filled the studio with so much sweetness.

One of my favorite moments from her session was capturing her snuggled safely in mama’s arms. After time spent growing stronger, those quiet cuddles mean even more. There is nothing more powerful than a mother holding the baby she prayed for — especially when that journey begins a little earlier than expected.

Preemie babies have such incredible resilience. Aubree is already proof that strength comes in the tiniest packages.

It was an honor to document this beautiful chapter for her family. These early weeks pass in a blur — especially when NICU visits and extra care are part of the story — and preserving these memories matters so much.
