Six weeks new and already so very loved. Sweet Delaney came into the studio for her newborn session, and we created the most delicate, timeless setup for her.

Her session was designed around a soft, neutral color palette of white, cream, and the prettiest hints of soft pink, with delicate baby's breath adding a beautiful natural touch. The simplicity of the colors kept the focus exactly where it belongs—on this sweet little girl.

One of my favorite images from her session is this close-up portrait. Delaney is peacefully sleeping with her tiny hand tucked beneath her chin, the sweetest little expression on her face, and that adorable white bow completing the look. 🤍

There is something so special about capturing all those tiny details at this age—the soft newborn features, little fingers, wisps of dark hair, and those peaceful expressions that change so quickly.

Delaney is nestled into a beautiful woven basket surrounded by baby's breath. The cream-colored textured layer underneath her adds warmth and dimension while keeping everything soft and organic. I love how the flowers frame her without taking away from her tiny presence in the center of the image.

At six weeks, Delaney was a little older than the traditional newborn stage, but she gave us so many beautiful sleepy moments to capture. These are the images her family will be able to look back on years from now and remember just how tiny she once was.
